Kayaking in the Oslo Fjord

On our personal day we were fortunate to have a guided kayak tour by Mr. Jan Wold, the Chairman of the GSE District Committee. It was very different from my kayaking experience on the Myakka River...instead of alligators you had giant cruise ships passing by you...very intimidating. We had an exciting adventure in Drobak; I smile from ear to ear when I think about it.

Wish I were with you. The kayaking looked like a hoot, but I must say that all of you are looking good even though I suspect after the mid term rest that you are back grabbing a snooze whenever you can. Stay with, enjoy the experience, and I'm looking forward to hearing more about it upon your return.

The Blog is great, thanks for keeping us updated! It's great to see our fellow floridians back in the sun. Enjoy these last few days and live for the moment, it'll be over before you know it. Take a minute to relax and reflect on the experiance you've all shared; SNOW, skiing, sledding, Sven, Alter Egos, Rygge Kirke, Vikings, "Ladies Night", Norwegian Elk (It's a MOOSE!), kayaking, the breathtaking views, awesome artwork & sculptures, new friends / families, and the many other wonderful memories that have been created. Congratulations to you all! You should be proud of your accomplishments. We're praying for your safe return home.
God Bless You,
Paul Grzenda
